Introducing an exclusive five-course tasting experience, thoughtfully crafted by the Humo culinary team and expertly paired with AILM’s expressive, small-production wines. Each course is designed to unfold with intention — bold, refined, and deeply immersive — showcasing the harmony between global contemporary cuisine and elegant winemaking.
This intimate experience takes place in Humo’s private dining room and is available for groups of 5–12 guests from March 1st through March 31st, exclusively by reservation.
For this limited-time offering, the private dining room minimum spend and rental fee will be waived.
As part of the experience, guests will also receive a private tasting at AILM Estate Winery (a $200 value) for up to four guests — extending the evening beyond the table and into the vineyard.
